1. HOW QUICKLY YOU CAN DELIVER?

We stock a range of fully assembled valves in our standard range. We also maintain an extensive stock of parts and components in a variety of sizes, classes, materials, etc., so we are usually able to assemble and ship valves from our factory in Shams Abad within 2 weeks. This may vary depending on the requirements and specifications of the project.

2. DO YOU BUILD CUSTOM VALVES AND SPECIALS?

Yes, we often build custom valves according to our customers' specifications. Please contact us by phone or email to discuss your exact requirements. You can also use the "Contact Form" at the top right of our website.

3 WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD YOUR BROCHURES AND TECHNICAL DATA?

In the "Download Centre" section of the home page you will find downloadable content such as brochures, catalogues and technical documents. These contain a wealth of technical information about our products, including material specifications, dimensions, performance curves, pressure ratings, etc.

4. YOU TEST YOUR VALVES?

Yes. Radman is the reference laboratory of ISIRI. All our valves are tested before shipment. Safety valves are tested in accordance with ASME PTC 25 and API 527. And control valves are tested based on ISA-S75, FCI 70-2 and API 598.

5. Do you offer maintenance and repair services?

Yes. Radman offers repair and maintenance service for valves manufactured either by Radman itself or by other companies belonging to its field of expertise. Repair kits are available as either a Wing Assembly Kit, which includes all internal parts, a Spring Kit, or a Seal Kit, which includes all non-metal parts.

6. What are the shipping terms?

Depending on the contract, Radman may be responsible for shipping and deliver the valves to the customer, or they may be delivered directly to the door of the factory so that shipping is handled by the customer's representative.

8. Can we visit your factory?

Yes, of course! Please contact Radman and we will be happy to arrange a time for you to visit the Shams-Abad facility, including the test facility and production line.

9 Who can install the valves?

All licenced technicians and experts specified in the contract as responsible for the installation. However, all safety valves should be installed in accordance with API 250 Part 2 and Radman technical manuals provided to the customer.
