Partner lab of ISIRI

Radman is the partner lab of ISIRI and this is the reason that the testing facilities are always kept up to date and under development. We can provide test procedures for both safety and control valves, from leakage to spring rate test. Our testing facilities are provided from greatest test bench manufacturers all over the world from Italian and Korean companies to Iranian most developed ones. General test facilities are so that we could provide hydro test, PT, VT, shell test and so on and so forth, however material test are outsourced.

Our safety valve test facility consists of test benches to operate, set pressure test (professional Ventile test bench), leakage test (Ventile test bench and a conventional bubble counter device), hydro test and spring tests (squareness, parallelism and spring stiffness or rate).

Control valves testing facilities

Our control valve test benches are suitable to examine functional test of control valves as well as actuators, the CV test is also available for control valves which this test is done abroad in Seoul University in South Korea which is the partner lab of our licensor. Actuator life cycle for diaphragm actuators and an also spring tests for actuator are done at Radman’s factory in Shams Abad Tehran.
